Install RT-Alerts

--- Important ---
If you have an older release of RT-Alerts installed on your computer, you must go to "Control Panel" and click on "Programs and Features" (This is "Add Remove Programs" in XP). There you can remove the old release before installing the new release below. This must be done for a successful installation.

Also, be sure that no other programs are running when you install RT-Alerts.

Look for the RT icon above on your desktop after you have the program installed.
